NEW FEATURES AND UPDATES:
Turn Digital Banking Into a Loan Demand Engine with Narmi Lend
Narmi Lend is a first-of-its-kind lending experience built natively into digital banking, embedding pre-qualified loan offers across your website, in-app promotions, and post-account-opening cross-sell moments. Members can check offers, apply, and move through decisioning without ever leaving the platform — no redirects, no friction, and no re-entering information they've already provided. Powered by Alloy for real-time pre-qualification and identity checks, approved applications route directly into your LOS for funding and decisioning. Narmi Lend is currently available to Corelation and Symitar credit unions using Keystone or ELA as their LOS.

Know Who Your Primary Customers Are with Primacy Score
Primacy Score surfaces a model-driven relationship signal on every consumer profile in Narmi Command, giving FI staff a quantified view of how likely each customer is to consider the institution their primary bank. Built on Narmi's internal research analyzing behavioral indicators including login activity, transaction patterns, and engagement signals, the score helps staff move from reactive retention to proactive outreach — identifying at-risk relationships before customers defect. This feature ships alongside the Snapshot widget for a quick-context customer overview, with actionable next steps like targeted promotions and guided recommendations planned for future releases.

🪪 Turn Friction into Momentum at First Touch with Plaid Layer Prefill
Narmi's Plaid Layer integration transforms the account opening experience by pre-populating applicant information directly from Plaid's trusted financial network, eliminating the manual data entry that drives abandonment — especially on mobile, where 70% of consumer AO sessions take place. When an applicant's phone number matches Plaid's network of approximately 1 in 2 U.S. adults, their name, address, email, date of birth, and SSN are instantly populated after a simple MFA verification step, while applicants outside the network are seamlessly routed to the standard manual flow with no disruption.

Modernize Your Digital Banking Experience with Scalable Side Navigation
Side Navigation and Dismiss Guides introduce a foundational UI modernization to the desktop web experience, replacing inflexible top-level menus with a scalable left-hand architecture inspired by best-in-class fintech interfaces. By relocating the main navigation, the feature unlocks valuable dashboard real estate for future growth—including promotional placements, universal search, and richer account insights—while resolving scalability issues for complex business users through infinite-scroll account lists. Further enhancing this framework, Dismiss Guides transforms onboarding by making dismissed prompts persistent and trackable within the side nav, allowing users to resume feature adoption at their own pace. Together, these enhancements eliminate interface clutter and permanent guide loss, establishing a future-ready infrastructure that supports multi-brand flexibility and data-driven personalization.
