With Narmi’s payment activity overview, we provide business banking users a consolidated payments view to help manage their payment streams and quickly locate transactions in one screen.

The enhanced Customer/Member Actions feature gives operations teams a clear, comprehensive view into user activity within the digital banking platform, improving fraud investigations and streamlining support resolution. With more readable logs and new filtering capabilities, staff can now quickly pinpoint key actions, such as login attempts, contact info changes, or password updates.

When an applicant’s chosen product needs updating for eligibility, suitability, or a better fit, staff often rely on time-consuming workarounds like reopening accounts or resubmitting applications. Narmi’s Product Swaps let staff swap, add, or remove products directly within the application during manual review, streamlining onboarding, reducing operational overhead, maintaining compliance, and enhancing the applicant experience.
