What’s New at Narmi: January Product Highlights

We’re thrilled to kick off 2025 with a range of new features and enhancements that help empower community financial institutions to deliver exceptional digital experiences. In January, the Narmi team worked across the Narmi One platform on key initiatives, from business banking to consumer account opening, and we’re excited to highlight a few of our favorite product updates that will delight staff and customer users alike.

NEW FEATURES AND UPDATES:

 Business ACH Credits

• Enable secure and flexible money movement for business digital banking clients to fulfill critical payment needs with the the first phase of Narmi’s Business ACH solution for mobile and web. Our payment solution is designed with a modern, intuitive interface and helpful tool-tips to decrease support call volume. Admin teams are also fully empowered to create and manage risk rules, set transaction limits, and select which types of ACH transactions to enable—all within Narmi Command.

Enable Existing Users to Open New Accounts in Mobile Banking

• Drive new deposits, improve completion rates, and continuously engage users on web and mobile banking with our enhanced existing user account opening flow. Existing users can now open a new account directly from the home-screen of their mobile banking app, without having to input any additional personal information. We also now offer the ability to direct Narmi Banking users to open new accounts via promotions. Admin users can configure a promotion in Narmi Command and if a user clicks into it they will be directed to the account opening flow, ensuring a seamless experience that helps keep users engaged and increases account opening completion rates.

 HSAs in Narmi Grow

• Enable users to open Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) in Narmi Grow. Through supporting this additional consumer account type in a seamless user flow, Narmi is empowering community financial institutions to drive additional deposits, increase the aggregate number of accounts opened, and leverage promotions and campaigns around new account types to increase user engagement.

  Revamped Security Page in Narmi Command

• Offer comprehensive administrative security with our redesigned Security page in Narmi Command. To enable easier access to the different authentication methods that Narmi supports for our admin platform, staff users can use the security page to easily link an authentication app via a QR code, generate recovery codes, add or verify their phone number by text or phone call, and add or verify an email address. Our page design ensures a straight-forward user experience to help staff protect their accounts.
