Narmi’s new subscription management feature provides clear and insightful visibility into recurring subscription spending trends. By helping users easily identify and cancel unnecessary subscriptions, this feature helps promote financial wellness and ownership for community banking users and members.

Capture and Embed Applicant Signatures with Topaz Integration
Despite the shift to digital, many FIs still rely on in-person signature collection during account opening. Topaz signature pads are widely used in-branch to capture applicant signatures, but the experience has traditionally been disconnected from digital account workflows. Narmi’s Topaz Integration enables this by embedding real-time signature capture directly into the Staff-Led Consumer Account Opening process and appending it to the membership card PDF.

Now, Narmi is extending Personas to the Staff-Led flow to close a major gap in the account opening journey, aligning branch and digital experiences under a shared logic framework. This tool empowers staff with the same intelligent filtering, ensuring that applicants are only shown eligible and relevant products based on pre-set attributes.
