What’s New at Narmi: June Product Highlights
This June, Narmi is modernizing the full banking experience by streamlining onboarding, digital banking, and back-office operations. In consumer account opening, our new Stripe integration eliminates legacy friction by introducing Apple Pay and Google Pay funding options. Digital banking users gain complete drag-and-drop control over their web and mobile layouts through Dashboard Modularity, while first-to-market Narmi MCP Apps deliver real-time cash flow analysis and branded financial intelligence natively inside ChatGPT and Claude. For the back office, AI DecisionAssist
integrates the manual review workflow directly into Narmi Command, slashing review times from 12 minutes to under 2 minutes using data-grounded recommendations. Finally, business users can now easily configure recurring payments or pull data directly from accounting systems using ACH Templates and File Import, fully protected by built-in governance and approvals. Explore the updates below to see how these enhancements make banking more modern, personalized, and efficient.
NEW FEATURES AND UPDATES:
Cut Manual Review Time by 80% with AI DecisionAssist
AI DecisionAssist
brings the entire Manual Review workflow into the Narmi Command portal, eliminating the need for FI staff to toggle between Narmi and Alloy to interpret raw evaluation data, cross-reference institutional policy, and record decisions manually. The feature surfaces AI-generated recommendations — with ranked findings, confidence scores, and one-click execution — directly in the staff application detail view, grounded in each institution's own historical approval and denial patterns. Covering both consumer (KYC) and business (KYB) applications, DecisionAssist
targets a reduction in average review time from 8–12 minutes to under 2 minutes per application, with a full audit trail on every decision.

Scale ACH Origination with Reusable Templates and File Import
Narmi brings two new capabilities to business banking ACH: reusable payment templates and CSV/NACHA file import, both built directly into the existing bulk payment flow. Businesses can configure recurring payments like payroll, vendor runs, and collections once and reuse them in seconds, locking the fields that stay fixed while leaving variable amounts open each cycle. A first-in-market versioning model keeps a template live while edits await approval, captures a mandatory change-log explanation on every edit, and preserves a full who, what, when, and why audit trail. File Import lets businesses pull payments straight from their accounting, ERP, or payroll systems, with smart rule-based column mapping they can save and reuse, inline fixes for any flagged data, and support for up to 300 payments per file. Everything runs under the institution's existing entitlements, shared limits, and approval flows.

Put Account Holders in Control with Dashboard Modularity
Narmi's Dashboard Modularity feature gives Consumer Digital Banking users the ability to drag and drop dashboard elements to reorder their home screen view — on both web and mobile. Users can surface the information that matters most to them, whether that's transactions, balances, or promotions, while FI-level configuration controls keep critical elements like Quick Actions and the account header locked in place. Customizations persist across web devices, and staff using login-as-user emulation see the exact arrangement the account holder has set — eliminating confusion in support calls. This GA release lays the foundation for the AI-driven, personalized dashboard experiences coming in the Q3 dashboard redesign.

Bring Your Institution into the AI Era with Narmi MCP Apps
Narmi MCP Apps introduces three FI-branded banking applications — Cash Flow History, Budget Planner, and Product Information — that business members can access directly inside Claude and ChatGPT, connected to their real account data through a secure, read-only OAuth connection. Business owners can ask natural-language questions like "am I up or down this month?" and receive accurate, data-grounded answers powered by actual cleared transactions from their bank — with the FI's name and branding on every interaction. Available as part of the free Narmi MCP Server offering, this is a first-to-market capability that positions community banks and credit unions as modern, AI-integrated banking partners before larger institutions can build equivalent experiences.

Unlock Apple Pay and Google Pay at Account Opening with Stripe Integration
Narmi's Stripe integration introduces a modern alternative for card funding in Consumer Account Opening, giving financial institutions access to world-class payment infrastructure and — for the first time — the ability to offer Apple Pay and Google Pay as funding options to applicants. Existing institution-level min/max funding settings carry over automatically, and digital wallet funding becomes available immediately upon enabling Stripe.
